Have more than the minimum FDA approved amounts I have more energy, less fatigue.

These vitamins are expensive; however I have a terrible diet. I eat a lot of junk and not much else. I have been feeling kind of wiped out lately and my skin wasn't looking too great either. After being on these vitamins for 3 weeks, my skin has improved and I feel better. Granted, I'm not ready to run a marathon and I still eat poorly, but these seem to make a bit of a difference.
